Our Giving Grants

In 2021, The Flight Centre Foundation gifted five grants to five charities as chosen by our people. Due to the success of the program The Giving Grants are now an annual program. Our annual Giving Grants program presents our people with a unique opportunity to learn about and drive our giving journey. Each charity who is shortlisted is asked to submit a 2-minute, non-professional, video telling their story that we present to our employees. We aim to educate our people on the impactful range of charitable organisations and the needs of vulnerable communities through this program. Our people have gone on to volunteer regularly at shortlisted organisations or offer skilled volunteering for support.
